Are you looking for pictures and information on the rooms at Disney’s Beach Club Resort?
The Beach Club Resort (and its sister property Yacht Club Resort) is my family’s favorite hotel at Walt Disney World. This deluxe resort hotel provides a convenient location, AMAZING pool, and kid-friendly amenities.
If you are considering a stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, you are probably looking for tips on the best room to book.
In this post, I will provide a photo and video tour of our Garden/Woods View Room at the Beach Club Resort. You will also see the up-close fireworks view right from our balcony!

Room Types at the Beach Club Resort
Disney’s Beach Club Resort offers several different room types including:
- Standard View
- Garden/Woods View
- Water View
- Deluxe Room
- Club Level
Since the photos and video tour in this post are from a Garden/Woods View room, I will focus mostly on this room type. However, the room layout is basically the same if you have a standard or water view room at the Beach Club.
The Deluxe Room and the suites at Disney’s Beach Club offer more square footage for those families looking for additional space.
The Club Level rooms allow access to a club lounge with refreshements and snacks among a few other amenities.
How to Get a Cheap Room at Disney’s Beach Club
If you are open to staying at Disney’s Beach Club Villas, my family and I often use a special trick for finding a cheap rate on a room.
The Beach Club Villas are located on the same property as Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. So, you are able to use all of the resort amenities (like the pool) whether you stay at the villas or the hotels.
Since Disney’s Beach Club Villas is part of the Disney Vacation Club, you can sometimes rent timeshare points to stay there cheap.
There are different ways to go about renting timeshare points, but we like to use David’s Vacation Club Rentals. This is a really reputable company, and the employees are super easy to work with.
You can typically save hundreds of dollars each time you are able to use this method for booking a room at Disney World.
Disney’s Beach Club Room Amenities
When staying at the Beach Club Resort at Walt Disney World, you will find standard amenities available in your hotel room.
These room amenities include:
- Hair Dryer
- Keurig Coffee Maker
- In-room Safe
- Iron and Ironing Board
- Mini Refrigerator
- Shampoo and Conditioner
- Body Lotion
Tips for Room Requests
If you book a regular hotel room (standard, garden/woods, or water view) at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, you will be able to make specific room requests for your visit.
These room request options include:
- Large Balcony
- Upper Floor
- Lower Floor
- Ground Floor
You can call the hotel to make additional requests like bed type or room location.
My family and I like to request a large balcony since we tend to spend time sitting outside our room regardless of the view. If you don’t plan to use the balcony, the small (no seating) balcony would probably be sufficient.
If you booked a garden/woods view, I also suggest requesting a room on an upper floor since you have a greater chance at seeing the Epcot fireworks.
Room Layout and Video Tour
We love the bright, airy feeling that greets you upon entering your room at the Beach Club. The wide entrance to the room offers a cabinet with a mini refrigerator and a Keurig Coffee Maker.
Just after this little nook, you will find a roomy closet with your in-room safe.
Across from the closet, you will find the family sized bathroom. The vanity portion of the bathroom provides two separate sinks and a large mirror.
The toilet and tub/shower combo sit in a separate part of the bathroom.
When you enter the hotel room, you will find either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed across from the flat screen television with console.
A small desk and chair are located on the far side of the room near the balcony.
It’s important to note that some of the larger rooms also include a sofa/daybed.
Final Review of Rooms at Beach Club
My family and I come back to the Beach Club Resort and Villas and the Yacht Club Resort each time we visit Walt Disney World.
We were concerned that the addition of the Disney Skyliner would make this area feel really crowded, but luckily that hasn’t been the case during our visits.
Not only do you get a bright, spacious room at Disney’s Beach Club Resort; but, you also get to use the BEST pool on Disney World property!
