Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort provides several different room options for those staying at the hotel.
Whether you are looking for a king bed, bunk beds, or a suite, DreamMore Resort offers spacious rooms with deluxe amenities.
Plus, DreamMore Resort guests receive some special time and money saving perks when visiting the Dollywood Theme Park!
In this post, we will review the rooms at DreamMore Resort and Spa, including a video tour of the Family Suite with bunk beds.
Is there a hotel at Dollywood?
Even those who have visited Dollywood Theme Park may not actually realize that Dollywood has a hotel located near the park.
Perched on top of a hill about five minutes from the theme park, DreamMore Resort is a beautifully designed hotel providing deluxe accommodations.
In addition to DreamMore Resort and Spa, Dollywood is planning to open an additional hotel in the fall of 2023.
Dollywood’s Heartsong Lodge and Resort will be a four story Smoky Mountain lodge that holds 302 rooms and suites when it opens in the near future.
Dollywood Hotel Room Types
Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa offers two different room types: standard rooms and suites.
If you book a standard room at DreamMore, you can choose from several different layout options:
- King Room- sleeps up to 2
- King with Bunk Beds- sleeps up to 4
- Patio Poolside- king room with bunk beds and outdoor patio
- Double Queen- sleeps up to 4
- King with Sleeper Sofa- sleeps up to 4
The DreamMore website offers 3D tours of each of these rooms so you know exactly what to expect when booking.
In addition to the standard rooms discussed above, DreamMore Resort provides suites for those families looking for additional space.
When staying at the hotel, your options for suites include:
- Family Suite- king bed with separate room for bunk beds
- Patio Poolside Suite- same as above with the addition of an outdoor patio
- Junior Suite- sleeps 6; king bed, bunk beds, sleeper sofa
- Reunion King Suite- king bed with separate living area featuring sleeper sofa
- Dolly Parton Suite- sleeps 2 guests; penthouse apartment
The video below is from my family’s stay in a Family Suite. We loved having two separate sleeping areas and additional space during our visit.
DreamMore Room Amenities
The rooms at DreamMore Resort offer amenities that are pretty typical for hotels. These include wifi, flat screen TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, in-room safe, iron, and ironing board.
The rooms also feature a mini refrigerator, which really comes in handy for snacks and beverages.
How much does it cost to stay at Dollywood DreamMore Resort?
The price of a room at DreamMore Resort really depends on the time of year you plan to visit. Holidays, weekends, and school break times tend to be the priciest.
If you are looking to book a room during the high season, you will typically find prices around $350 per night. Whereas if you book a visit during low season, you can plan to pay around $200.
During some extra popular times of year, DreamMore Resort requires a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights.
Dollywood offers special ticket packages for DreamMore Resort guests. You can purchase two or three day ticket packages when booking your hotel room.
This package typically includes two tickets, but you can add more during the booking process.
In addition, you may want to consider purchasing a season pass for at least one member of your group. DreamMore Resort often provides special room pricing for Super Passholders.
If you are staying at DreamMore Resort and planning to visit the Dollywood Theme Parks, you receive some special privileges that can save you both time and money. These perks include:
- Complimentary Timesaver Pass
- Trolley Transportation
- Access to Special Entrance at Park
- Package Delivery
- Early Entry on Saturdays
The trolley picks up guests in a designated spot near the front parking lot. I did not see a trolley schedule posted, but the shuttles seemed to run every 15-20 minutes.
Once onboard the trolley, the drive from DreamMore Resort to the Dollywood Theme Park is roughly 5 minutes long.
Final Review of DreamMore Resort Rooms
When you stay in a room or a suite at DreamMore Resort and Spa, you can rest comfortably knowing the accommodations will be clean and spacious.
The tasteful and updated decor at DreamMore reminds me a lot of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. The on-site restaurants, activities, and perks make DreamMore Resort and Spa totally worth the price on your Dollywood vacation.
