From uniquely themed hotels to massive theme parks featuring all kinds of attractions and entertainment, it’s easy to see why WDW is often at the top of a family’s bucket list. While not the most cost efficient choice for those looking to stay on a budget, Disney World does offer special experiences without theme park tickets.

However, if you’re looking to take in everything Disney World has to offer, you’ll want to include its four main parks in your itinerary: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.

Discovery Cove Orlando

If you’re looking for things to do in Florida that are not Disney related, Discovery Cove offers an amazing experience. Families can purchase day passes to this all-inclusive resort where they can interact with dolphins, enjoy unlimited food and drinks, and snorkel with tropical fish.

Guests can also choose to participate in other animal experiences for an additional fee. Just note that most of those have a minimum age requirement of 6 years old.
